Hotel Indigo Cleveland Beachwood, An Ihg Hotel, Beachwood

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and modern, but coming out of the shower, I caught a cold due to the draft at the end of a long hall. However, the rooms were clean and reasonably spacious, which I appreciated.

The hotel served our needs perfectly as it was on the ground floor, which worked out great for us with our two small dogs. The room was spacious and had good lighting for both work and relaxation, although being next to the elevator mechanical room was noisy and had a strong electrical smell. The bathroom was surprisingly well-appointed with a huge walk-in shower. The location was convenient and easy to find, with a lovely grassy enclosed courtyard to enjoy, yet the thin walls and loud neighbors were a downside.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, clean, and modern. Parking was easy and plentiful, even though it shares the lot with a busy steakhouse. The staff was great, friendly, and accommodating. The location was good and convenient. The dining experience was overall good with well-prepared and ample portions. However, the noise from the neighbors was a downside, and the walls and doors were a bit thin.
